“Perfect Storage 54 is your locally owned and operated state of the art storage facility that offers long and short term storage options. We are here to make your storage experience as easy as possible by offering both “drive-up” and “climate control” at a very affordable price. We use over 50 solar panels for lighting and 24SEER HVAC for efficient heating and cooling. Fencing with barbed wire, flood lights, keypad gate, and security cameras protect your items. All storage units have a vapor barrier and the “climate control” building uses R19 in the walls and R30 insulation on the ceiling. Our facility was built to insure the utmost protection for your treasures, even the floors are raised 3 feet above the 100 year basic flood elevation.”
